Returns and Exchanges
To exchange or return your purchase, complete the back of the packing slip in your order and return it with the merchandise within 90 days. Returns will be given credit for the full purchase price of the merchandise only. Please inspect your order promptly and notify us of any damage, defects or missing items within seven business days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage. If you wish to exchange an item, shipping and handling fees will be collected for both the original and replacement orders. Items returned or exchanged, after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are eligible for merchandise credit only. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
No exchanges can be processed after 90 days. Personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned for refund, exchange or modification unless defective. (A return is allowable only if there is a material defect caused by the manufacturing process).
If your merchandise was damaged or imprinted differently than the customer approved proof, please call our Customer Care Department at our toll free number: 1-800-975-6804 to ensure proper actions will be taken for your order.
